Information provided during checkout

GymDog Activewear Pty Ltd ensures that any personal information that you provide during the registration and checkout process is kept confidential. Upon checkout & placing an order you may save your address & information to your account for the purposes of faster checkout. Information provided at checkout will be used for;

  • Delivering your order to you.
  • Sending order update notifications via e-mail or SMS (available with selected couriers/delivery areas only).
  • Fraud prevention & detection – to protect & detect fraud against you or GymDog Activewear Pty Ltd.

Your card’s security/CCV code is not stored at checkout & all payments are encrypted as per industry standard encryptions via our 3rd party partners. Your payment information is only used by GymDog Activewear Pty Ltd for payments, refunds & for fraud detection via our payment partners and is not stored directly on our site.

All personal information that we obtain about you will be recorded, used, and protected by us in accordance with current data protection legislation and the GymDog Activewear Pty Ltd privacy policy.   • To send you information via e-mail about products, offers, and news that may interest you. GymDog Activewear Pty Ltd will only send you this information if you have opted-in to receive email or product notifications.
  • To analyze customers visiting our website and learn about the interests & actions of our visitors in order to understand your interests and needs. This will help GymDog Activewear Pty Ltd improve our products and services and deliver offers and promotions that you are most interested in.

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 days of payment receipt, provided there aren’t any stock shortages or other unexpected delays. Should there be any unexpected delays with your order, you will be notified via Email or phone call. 

Payments made using EFT may take 1-3 business days to reflect, depending on the bank you’re banking with, we do check payments on a daily basis. Should you wish to speed up the process you may forward us a verifiable proof of payment or make an immediate payment. We cannot confirm payment receipt for EFT payments prior to the payment reflecting on our side or being able to verify its validity.

All orders are generally delivered within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch to all main areas (excluding weekends and public holidays), please note that deliveries to remote outlying areas can take an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery due to remote locations being serviced less frequently by our logistical partners. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be provided with your tracking information via Email. If you are experiencing any complications or delays with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier using your provided shipping information.

Once the shipment has left our facilities, we will have to go through the same procedure to find out any further information.
